About the Role
Our client is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across corporate, technical, and business-critical functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract top talent, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from intake through offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, job boards, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen and assess talent against established qualifications and business needs.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
- Monitor recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and source effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate information and compliance documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support recruiting operations, offer administration, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
